Indeed. Also DBA Echo Master. I heard talk of them adding it to their production line some time this year. Amazing for vocals, but it works amazing for guitar/bass as well. Has more artifacts/crackle than the ED though. Might be too much for some, but I think it sounds amazing layered on top of whatever you're playing. I posted a video of it in my demo thread earlier today. Sound give most crackle lovers GAS.

Does anyone have any experience with the GGG Superfuzz? I just ordered one to use on my live board and I want to run Klone>Rat Tail>Superfuzz and I want to make sure it has plenty of volume on tap for heavy parts and over the top riffs. I've heard of classic units having low output and don't want to lose volume when I need to get crazy.

Is it bad that I want to use my count to five money for an echo Degrader and let someone have my ct5?

What, you, flip something? Madness.
I'd like to try an Echo Degrader at some point, for sure.

Not really, I actually flipped the CT5 after a couple days
I decided it wasn't something I would enjoy using with a guitar in a pedal format

I could barely wrap my head around a regular looper. Much less a reverse pitch shifting one.
But golly, those sounds. Reverse sounds give me butterflies. I guess I could just have a ditto x2 set for reverse loops. Ugh. I don't know.

if you have a hard time wrapping your head around a looper the CT5 will definitely take some effort to master, if you just want the cool reverse sounds you could get a GB24
but if you're already in for a CT5 order I would stay in the queue and then flip because they still seem to have a top spot in the ILF cool pedal hivemind, would be ez to flip, getting an echo degrader built would have a wait time too unless you were trying to scoop a used one

What should I use to clean dust and gunk off pedals and synths? I inherited a Microkorg from my late friend, and it has thick, sticky dust on it. Some of my pedals have been sitting too long, and have a film on them (?) Hopefully there's something which doesn't require elbow grease, but doesn't remove printing, labels etc. I have some CD cases with the same problem.

You could try goof off citrus, but that leaves a slight film that you would have to use a non-ammonia window cleaner to get off. I would test it first to see if it takes off that particular screen printing, but goof off works pretty well against grease. Simple Green works well too, but I would take the case off and clean it that way if using that (not very viscous). Again, I would test that first in a small area. Windex is always the go-to but I usually spray, walk away, and come back after letting it soak.K2000 wrote:What should I use to clean dust and gunk off pedals and synths? Soap and water always work well too, but I would spray it, let it soak, then wipe.

Re: The Whatever Thread .. For Gear!!
I enjoyed my CT5, but it would probably only be used as an 'in between songs' pedal, which is cool, but I needed money more at the time. Might pick one up later though.
