Actually witnessing Nick replying to the circlejerk guys (if you're on that sub, you know who i mean, they become very uncharacteristically reasonable and almost defensive whenever Devi is mentioned) is kind of weird haha.

i've seen a number of posts on here inquiring about the whole devi ever and dwarfcraft thing. since i've got the big time love fuzzies for ben and louise (dwarfcraft owners AND current devi ever owners) i thought i'd shed some light. as i understand it- in 2013 ben and louise bought devi ever. sounded like the deal was very beneficial for both parties, as devi was a mess. they also had a non-compete clause drawn into the contract, probably cause she was already sketchy enough and they didn't wanna have to get into some crazy all out fuzz battle with her. then all that "gamer gate" shit goes down, which i have no idea what any of that means and i'm not sure about the relevance to the pedal stuff. at some point she asks if she can rejoin the company and they're like, "uh, no." she gets pissy, starts saying mean things about them and then tries to start her own pedal company again.
also, she recently called me a "shit cunt" for some reason. i've never met her or interacted with her. http://imgur.com/zES476B
anyways, ben and louise are really awesome people running a very cool company, so it sucks to see them get bashed. this "devi" person seems like a real dumbass. so there ya go.
