I was super excited to buy a GTX980 Ti a few months ago. I think that i'm going to pass on it, it's just so easy to fall into the trap of having 'cutting edge graphics'. There are very, very, few new Graphically intensive games that are even good and even less that I would even want to play.

I'm on my 2nd playthrough of Witcher 3, playing at 'High' on my 1440p and I don't think that I even want to fork out that much for a new GPU.

Though, I kind of would rather have a biggish 4K monitor - because my computer could easily handle the 4-5 year old games that I only ever play now.

Just discovered there's now an option in the AMD control panel for easy downsampling.... everything is gorgeous.

Picked up Final Fantasy VII again. Still not sure whether I dig it or not, but I had progressed further than I remembered, so might as well run through it.

It's good to enjoy FF7, I honestly think that it has more charm than FFIX - which is still a good game. It doesn't have to be your favorite Final Fantasy, but people just get really elitist and negative towards that game for some reason.

Though I can only force myself to play jRPGs on my Vita/3DS now. :idk:
