Usually Kayzer knows what to do with pedals like that.

Naw, Kayzer is the guy that can make any pedal sound the same. I honestly don't know how he does it.

I'm so glad to see someone else say this. I thought, for sure, my ears were broken.

love that pittsburg designer

either have a whole lot of stages or just a... go buy a boss pedal.

Love his camera manner. I really felt like I was seeing a real nerd... in the very best way. Makes me want to buy euro stuff.

I want to get an EHX freeze and change the artwork. But I have an irrational (rational?) loathing of EHX.

I also might be getting a Boss DD-6.

I don't even know who I am anymore.

Both of these are highly awesome pedals!

Freeze is to my ears the best hold pedal there is (Raptio got it's ass whoop'd) and the DD-6 is just plain awesome. Great Warp mode, great Reverse and now that I've figured out how to actually use it for something cool also great Hold mode. Stutter, oscillation, reverse, fuck me sideways if that's not an amazing pedal.

I definitely found the freeze on the Raptio lacking. Glitch all day baby.

Well, hopefully the person selling one here will get back to me.

I've been thinking of selling the Raptio and just getting a Freeze, and then pairing my Possessed with the Freeze for whenever I wanted to glitch. Sounds like it would give me good versatility, but I like being able to throw out quick stutters at random. It's a hard decision to make.

I miss the Raptio. I had it set to glitch, no dry signal, and fast speed. It was so awesome to just glitch a little here and there while playing.

If you decide to sell, I'll be glad to take it off your hands :D

Well I'll definitely let you know first if I do. I'm going to open up my Raptio this weekend and see if it is feasible to just mod a latch switch on there. If it isn't I'll have to mull it over.

Do you use the hold mode or glitch mode more? If you're thinking of adding a latch for the hold, you're probably better off getting a Freeze.

I use glitch mode pretty much exclusively. I'd like to be able to hold the glitch the and turn the knob with reckless abandon while tweaking other effects. It's really hard keeping the switch depressed as I'm bending down though, the slightest release of pressure and the Raptio shuts off.

If that's the case, you may actually be better off with a latch switch.

Doesn't the Judder do something similar but without having to hold the switch the whole time?
