Rough, vocal-less demos of my band from last weekend. Doesn't sound that bad (to me) for being mostly unmixed. Just kidding, it's terrible.

^ nice stuff, dude. i especially like the start of the second track. neat math/pop punk vibes, reminds me of this EP which is a favourite of mine https://incasinoout.bandcamp.com/album/victims-vultures-alike-ep
keep us posted when it's mixed with vocals and stuff, should turn out nicely.

I'm suffering from a severe riff-writers-block. Everything I do with a guitar sounds fucking sour, so I've spent the past week or so recording a handful of miscellaneous indie/punk covers. Covers are fun. Recording music is fun. I'm a shitty singer though.

So far, I've done covers by Archers of Loaf, Billy Bragg, Snuff, Guided by Voices and Dillinger Four. I've got a Jawbreaker jam I need to finish tonight too. I'm trying to not just copy the originals, cuz that's boring.

Have a listen, if you like

Here's another one. Not sure what I'm doing wrong. Nobody ever listens to my stuff. Criticize it. Anything. Tell me the mix is wrong. Tell me it sucks when I pan the harmonized parts 100% right and left.

Well, when you post headers like "Don't listen to this"...

I quite like that last one. Pretty languid, in a nice way.

  Usually the defiant nature of guitarists takes over and they click it out of spite. :(

Thanks for checking it out! :!!!:

Thanks for listening glad you were into it! I'm sort of bummed by the 2nd song because my bass doesn't seem to cut through at all which is strange. I really like the end of that song though because I use the Ct5 and sweep with the expression pedal to get some great sounds.

I can feel that vibe from that band as well, being named after an ATDI album is also a plus!

Here's a song I wrote the other day, recorded on my phone. I'm quite happy with the song, and I'm pretty impressed by the mic on this new phone actually, this could have turned out a lot worse.

I haven't managed to record much recently, I think I'll do more of this stripped down crap recording, might focus me into songwriting rather than getting the perfect fuzz sound recorded.

Yet another new track. No fuzz this time, but some other cool effects.

The next Fluorescent Tiger release is turning out really dense, so I decided to take a break from it and do something very minimal.
