Delay with effects/feedback loops

I'm looking for a simple delay with an effects loop. Preferably one that I can turn into a feedback loop. What all is out there for this? Can I just use stereo ins and outs to make a makeshift one? Is there any other way to get the effect of a pedal in the loop of a delay without one?

u would be able to do it w/ a stereo delay pedal, if there is some configuration to get the wet only on one of the output jacks.
