Talking about trem, and on a slight tangent, I've always wanted to hear a chain consisting of chop trem > draggy Afterneath > fuzz. Cool textures.

Re: NAMM 2015 predictions?
Based on what I saw (I skipped through most of the video since I'm patently not in the market for a tremolo these days) and what I know of LFO/synthesizer terminology, phase is probably/could be a way of changing the LFO waveform to get some wild and interesting textures. Imagine a sawtooth waveform that started in the middle of it's wavelength on the beat and shit like that.kbithecrowing wrote:I don't think the demo is very good but I think it has great potential in the right hands. I'm super curious as to what the phase control does.Ugly Nora wrote:Am I the only one who doesn't think this sounds very good?Joe Gress wrote:

See, I play bass, so subtle and light really doesn't cut it for me. It being so choppy and in your face is kinda perfect!Jero wrote: It's cool, but wayyyyyy too much trem for me personally.

Someone on TGP said it was gonna come in <$240. SO like the SMMH I'm thinking.

Not strictly a NAMM thing, but definitely one of the most ill-advised, utterly stupid, and kinda fucking awesome because of it pedals I've ever seen:

The demo videos are a treasure.

Been playing with the Trio for months now, it's a ton of fun for a scrappy bedroom player like myself.

Man that would be hella sweet.neonblack wrote:Malekko has some stuff in the works too. 3 new pedals they said.
I think one of them is an octave/synth pedal. I saw lots of sliders on the teaser on Facebook.

couldn't find videos of anyone doing anything weird *nudge nudge* with the Trio. can you confuse it with drones or glitches or anything?leaves turn wrote:Been playing with the Trio for months now, it's a ton of fun for a scrappy bedroom player like myself.
