Bigsbys add sustain if anything. a little brighter. depending on your pickups you may hear some of the sympathetic vibration from the extra string lengths. Or, I'm crazy and hear things. If you don't hear them, try drugs, it may help.
I'll always prefer a two point strat style trem or a floyd. I play 12's and made strat type trems for them and love it. Bigsbys just dont have enough range of movement to be really useful.
