So my Beavis Board got here this afternoon, and as soon as I got done with work, I went down to my music space and started looking through the project list that comes with the BB. I came upon a dual oscillator synth, and figured "what the hell, I'll make my own little poor-man's squaresnakes". Well, I think it went pretty well. Excuse the crappy pic, my phone's camera sucks.
First I built it with the two oscillators outputs in parallel like in the schematic. Here's my test run like that:
Then, I figured it would be a lot cooler to run the output of one of the oscillators through the other one, and this sounded a lot more like I envisioned it.
Not bad for just an hour of screwing around! The Beavis Board really is a fantastic deal, well worth the money. I already have so many ideas for circuits bouncing around my head now, this is gonna be fun.
I'm jealous. I've been wanting one of those for a while, but it's so hard to put money aside for one when you could spend that money on another pedal For example, if Beavis still had some FKR's for sale...

Did you get just the board, or the whole kit?
I got the whole kit. And yeah, I was fighting that view for a while. But once started getting ideas of features I wanted in pedals that don't exist anywhere on the market, I made it a point to stop buying pedals for a while until I bought the BB.
Now that I have a whole document full of those ideas, it's made me start thinking about building pedals for sale, just in case some people want those same features I do.

Nice Bigchief I hope you realise though, your wife and friends will soon be leaving you as you grow more and more addicted to your pedal building addiction
its just the footswitch i stepped on it and its popped off and in pieces. managed to get it back together but it just pops apart again even with super glue lol

I've done that before, just need a new switch (they annoyingly can't be fixed) and to remember where the wires went to the original (i'd suggest tagging them with coloured/marked sticky labels & taking a photo if you don't know what's what) Bit of soldering and your done

You should contact Beavis and see if you can be his European dealer
