When the washers are dry, stick 'em in the freezer for about 20 minutes, then when you put them on and tighten the footswitch nut, they don't stick to the box surface - they turn with the nut, so no nasty scraping to the black finish! Apparently they last, too! :thumb:

So now I'm wondering what other colours you get in Krylon...
