Hey buddy, You're not alone there. Literally. I'm Bipolar Type 2 since ~'07 (diagnosed '09). These guys here are super great and super supportive. Tightest internet community I've ever been a part of.


Me personally, I (obviously) am regretting cutting earlier this week, for the reason that now I can't not wear long sleeve shirts for a while. If I wasn't still living with my parents I'd almost not give a fuck. But if they saw, they'd freak, and I don't want to have that discussion.

I did that last night as well... My leg is all fucked up, and I can't let my gf or roommate see me without pants or shorts on.

I have noticed that, everyone is really great here! I feel like I fit in here more so than anywhere else I've been. I usually don't post on any other forums I'm on.

Oh man the cold plus extreme anxiety has led to a horrendous amount of leg cramps these last couple of nights. I get them all year around but especially this winter it's been horrible mostly because my anxiety is at a new high. I must of had about 15 of them last night and holy fuck did I wake up sore, felt like I had run a marathon and I could barely walk. I don't get any sleep either because a) I'm constantly waking up in shock and a lot of pain and b) the resulting "flip out of bed and quickly walk around on it" exercises are bracing enough that it takes me a while to get back to sleep. I wish they would just fuck off.

Put $5 in gas. Fortunately I had to drive through less reputable neighborhoods of Milwaukee on the way to band practice (odd phrase I know). Did you know gas is like $.30 cheaper a galloon in the ghetto than in the burbs? I have $3 for parking tomorrow, like $.60 in change, and $2.95 in my bank account. I think I have juuuuuust enough gas to get to and from Milwaukee tomorrow so if I pack a lunch and dinner, I'll be able to make it to Friday which is payday.
