I have the exact same model.

I installed the adjustable bridge

replaced the string eating nut with a graphtech nut

and the crap tuners with a set of these

http://www.guitarfetish.com/Full-Size-C ... p_277.html

it is now setup for nashville tuning and my #1 overdub weapon :D

Thanks for the headsup. That bridge, while I see it's merits,...looks like a pain in the ass to adjust. It just appears as though the saddles lock down and and there are no adjustment screws on the back end of the bridge. Perhaps I am mistaken?

Oooooh. I need to set something up for Nashville tuning. I bet that sounds awesome. That's a great looking bridge too!

Bit of a repost from the Doom room but I figured I'd share in here as well. This is almost done, last piece of the puzzle will be a better bridge so each string can be intonated individually.
This started out as a $200 chinese pos clone. Only reason I got it was the bigsby trem on a 12 setup looked like something I should try out. After some improvements to the trem, Aluma90 riffians, locking tuners and a brass nut, I'm really digging it.

I added posts so that each string (mostly) would have its own, this helped a LOT with tuning stability

The paint job doesn't look that orangey in person but I'm considering a refin just cause I prefer a darker look.

The pickups are a HUGE improvement and I also shielded everything when they went in.

dazedbyday wrote:I posted this in the doom room but I figured I would share here too. I just picked this up as a backup/alternative to my other seven string. It is an Agile les paul style seven string with a 27" scale. I put a dimarzio paf7 in the neck and a blaze neck in the bridge. Dimarzio suggested the blaze neck in the bridge as a slightly hot rodded paf alternative. I have an air notron 7 in my other seven string but it is a bit nasally so I wanted to try something a bit different. Feels pretty good so far but I haven't played it with the full band yet.

Nice! I'm about to get one of these and have it converted to a resolectric. Doom-blues mayhem!

This is my beater. It's a little embarassing that it looks like a teenager's guitar, but i got *really* sick of seeing that red w/ white color scheme all the time and thinking of jack white's Airplane. so i put the painters tape on, then a while after i started doing the stickers. i put a new one on today. guess which one...

at some point i will take a sharpie to the new stickers and deface them...it's not disrespect...i just get bored sometimes

BTW i do my own setups...the neck has a little fret buzz, but the action in the middle of the neck around the 12th fret is insanely nice...and those are 11s...i can just fly on that thing compared to other guitars
