thanks dude!

@Achtane - yep! one of Repeater's. I switch it on and off the board for different stuff. most of the time i'll use it with ipad synths/samples and tape sounds. killer addition to a portable setup
genuine triceratops vertebra knobs

awesome!

just picked up a 76' DR201 about 20 minutes from me last night... $1700!
He was the original owner and brought it back in 76' from Germany while he was on vacation there.
It's in GREAT condition. Soooooooooo stoked.

TWO DR201 on the same page... what are the odds. both vintage too!
mines a '72
I had to get mine retubbed the day i got it, but gold Lion KT88 in it.
you should check to see if you have a voltage doubler for your bias, otherwise it's a bitch to bias and kills tubes really fast (and they're not cheap either)
with the standard voltages of today (compared to what they use to be) it was impossible to bias mine properly without the voltage doubler. google MHuss Hiwatt bias for more info on this.

great catch! and great price too!

I'll buy it off you if you change your mind about it, it's a really really shitty amp, you wasted your money.

Thanks, I'll have to look into it. I'm familiar with the MHUSS Hiwatt site, I read it constantly haha. Great price, stoked on it. Couldn't be happier right now.
I know two more guys with them, I might trade my Matamp/sell for another, we'll see what happens and give it a bit to see if I like my rig in a band setting, I was already loud enough, just didn't like the fact that I kind of only had the option of playing dirty bass because I'd have to crank the OR and Matamp to be loud on bass... I think it has a lot to do with the 215 I'm using though, I played the Matamp through the 810 for a couple of jams and it cleans up a lot better.. We'll see though!

It just was sweet because there was no money involved, sold my OR120 for $1700 and bought this for $1700 20 minutes from me and there was one owner... RAAAAH I AM STOKED GUYS. CLEAN POWER.

Nope! It was for sale in Webster NY. I remember the one you're talking about... I know who got it! it had some weird gain mods done to it that he's getting reversed.

Ugh, I want a DR201 so bad. Even better a MKIII Sound City Custom 200. I hate you both but really I love you.
