Re: Let's see your KEYS/SYNTHS!
My Doepfer still rules. Been using it mostly as a mono synth. I don't have any way to midi-out any sequences to it yet... I still love it. Been trying to get some slightly wacked Arp-ish sounds.

I really liked the way it sounded and the interface is very intuitive. 3rd one is another miss. Really disappointed but at least i dont have to pay for exchange shipping. I like the mini ms, at least what ive seen, but I really want the minibrute. Really thought the Qc would at least stop unusable units from going out, unless they are fragile and damaged in shipping.

OK FINE. Here's the patch I got going right now:

Basically, just hooked up to be a mono synth, but I have my random/noise going into the CV channels of my VCOs so when wiggled, they make mangled, gross sounds. When I want a smooth sound, I go down to one VCO, but stacked they start sounded hard/nasty early on, which I dig. It's gonna be a while, probably, before I can get anything new, so I really need some blank panels up in this.

Not new but I just got my MC-202 back from like half a year at a pawn shop and half a year at my friends... It sounds killer through the Mini Muff into the Peavey 2x15s...

go on...
that about all there is to say. buy one, plug in, zone out. it has an envelope follower that can be patched to the filter but that is pretty obvious if you just look at the front panel.

Tried a Little Phatty in a music store locally the other day. Lots of cool sounds.
I know nothing about synths though haha.
are the Sub Phatty and Little Phatty very similar? I watched some videos of the Sub Phatty and it seems awesome.

the sub phatty is newer and I think it blows away the little phatty. I have played a little phatty and I did not like it. everyone says they like it. with the two of them being so close in price, I say get the sub phatty.

Sub Phatty and Little Phatty are rather different beasts. I like the LP best for the stuff I need but the SP seems to be a great synth.
