Not Japanese, looks like a Supro to me.

I think you're right there thanks, excuse my ignorance. Looks like it maybe a Lexington or something close to that. A mate is looking to sell his but didn't know what make model it was.

Any ideas on what actual/rough worth is on these? Ebay prices look pretty insane.

I scored a 12 string version of this a few months ago for $100; flipped it for around $300, which surprised me a bit. Ebay prices are indeed crazy for these, but I have seen quite a few go for $500 or more. I think $4-600 is a
good price range for one.

Yeah, I'd say $400-$600 is definitely reasonable. It sort of depends on what people're willing to pay. I haven't kept up with prices on these.

They do seem to be going for a bit more these days.

Cool thanks lads we're hoping to get about 3-400 dollars towards some studio gear so that's deadly.
