now it feels like there is A LOT OF new members and A LOT of new topics... and they seem to turn us into one of those lame everyday forums that are a total bore, because you have to go through tons of shit to find anything at least remotely interesting

To be fair, the amount of new topics and new members probably has a correlation. Maybe ILF will ILF itself again with time. Once the new guys get less new.
But I'm fairly new so I don't notice anything haha.

the folks who were here in late 2010 probably felt the same way when i showed up. i got the rough edges polished down with time, and the new folks will, too.

I'm always immensely skeptical of people who say "*something* isn't as good as it used to be. I don't like it."

but I tend to go against the grain of many common generic sentiments.
