nope plastic, currently its not even stuck down. i'm looking at one of the danelectro nuts cheap as chips, brass and it has a nice unfinished look which should match the guitar perfect.

i was pretty surprised it was a off white plastic it really sticks out.

Oh wow. Mine is black plastic. I'm sure you could get some glue on it for the time being at least to hold you over!

ryan summit wrote:should i try to go b7
with the tail
or stick with a b5
cause it will work
i really want as much unnesseccary metal as possible
if anyone knows of any real sweet ones
let me know
havent used it with the loudmouth at the space
but on the home crate
it sounds pretty bold
very clear but definately more balls
i think its wound to 13.5
whatever that means
also is set for tapping
but im not sure how to take advantage of that
thats another thread

I'd say go for the B7 if you want the unnecessary metal haha. I'm sure it will look sick. I've seen 'em on a couple LPs over the years, sexy as fuck!

i really hope i run across a used one
out of the box
so i can at least lay it down on there
ive found a bunch of discussions
people say they fit on sgs
but i never see a pic along with a comment
i dont know what it is
but i have this fear its not gonna fit right
ill probably screw it down as well
fuck vibramate
and if i could listen to one genre of music
for the restof my life
it would be UNNECESSARY METAL

no i still have it, but my drummer had this solarus, i do a lot of looping stuff so i need to heads that sound the same. and also i find that the bassman breaks up too early. i'm really happy with that rig right now. sunn's sound clean and receive the ivp drive better than the bassman. i'm trying to get away from albini's sound.

That's awesome man. I had a Sceptre for a while, and if I still had a bigger cab I'd definitely still own it as the reverb and cleans of it were so nice. It sounded wayyy too quiet for the 1x12 guitar/bass cab that I have now, but through a 4x12 it was great.

We gotta hear some clips of your guitars and basses though, for reals

yeah it will be inspired by albini's way to use multiple speaker sizes. can't say too much. and it's gonna be all wood (like vehrellen or emperor) with real cabinet maker jointing (and it's not gonna be figer jointed...).
