although i still wouldn't mind having the Lexicon reverbs of the Digitech Hardwire Reverb for a decent used price. but spending about hundred more for the Infinite Reverb on the EHX Cathedral? i mean having that feeding into a delay. & then another delay. the swells? the potential for ambient? experimental?

Plus, the Cathedral also gives you presets, which the Hardwire doesn't. The infinite switch + presets makes up for the extra money methinks.

yeah i wasn't even thinking about the Presets (which in a way could a double-edged sword), but that was essentially my point, just spending a little extra for some useful effects instead of settling for a cheap rack reverb or hoping to find a used Digitech Hardwire Reverb. i did kind of want the Hardwire Reveb though. & i've never had a Digitech pedal. people that have it seem to think highly of it.

also. does anyone know for certain if the Kaoss Pad KP3 or the Mini Kaoss Pad do reverse reverb. the former is another thing i want before the year is out, if at all possible...

I know for sure the Kaoss pad mini does reverse reverb.

I have a Hardwire Reverb, and I dig it a lot.. The only thing I can compare it to is my Boss GT-6 and my twin reverb's Spring reverb, though. Against the GT6 it pwnz, but when I compare the spring on the hardwire to the natural reverb on the amp, it's no comparison. The twin blows it away.. unless you turn it up too high
But for gated and reverse reverb, I'd highly recommend the RV-7, it can do really heavy reverb kinda stuff without getting too nasty and scratchy and such.
well i guess, but i just don't know.

I like the sound of the Ghost Echo, but I wish it had the ability to feedback like the Spring Chicken (when dwell knobb'd).
Do you like listening to homemade music? Me too. Why don't you try one of mine?

Use your feedback loops, people ! My Reverberator oscillates just fine in TBD's feedback loop. :)

songworks little lanilei spring reverb :joy:

crank the reverb/level knobs and it gets feedback/oscillation crazy. if you unplug it but leave it turned on you can even hear it oscillate acoustically.

doesn't do the over the top stuff but it's got some nice perks.
