I was out on a walk listening to "rockets fall on Rocket Falls" by GY!BE. Just as the climax hit in the second half of the track, the warning bells came on for an oncoming train. I ran up next to the tracks to meet the train, feeling it run by upon my arrival. Staring at the blur, absorbing the rumble, surrounded by droning guitars. I was in heaven. The train passed and so did I.

my cousin with whom i'm living dcided to adopt another cat in large part so i can have a cat of my own. SO I HAZ A KITTEH...she's an adorable little calico named Lulu who Doug brought home tonight, and she took to me so soon that she's been in and out of my room sitting with me and even lying down and snoozing/purring tucked up against my tummy. HAPPIEZ

I saw the pixies tour dolittle last year and it was awesome.
His voice is still awesome and powerful.
Everyone should see the pixies.

Got this today. Worst/best album ever. Bought it for sampling but found so many vocal only tracks that are perfect for scratches. Also used my boss ps-5 with my turntable with awesome results. Instant demonic voice from a light voice talking to children about falling asleep and dreams.

So now I have 2 spring reverb emus on my board, along with the Spring Chicken.
The former has a much more lush, drippy sound like an actual tube driven spring...but the latter can go into oscillation at will...and the swells and sustaining harmonic feedback it produces both pre and post dirt is

well it's weird - i used to be okay but the last two shows i've been so damn nervous pre-gig... last time, my playing wasn't very good either...

this time, i was dead nervous, but then i didn't fuck up anything... i was even happy with the improvisations and jams (i improvise about 90% of my solos)

plus i played through a borrowed Engl Thunder's clean channel and when i dug in with my right hand, the Jazzmaster character was so damn THERE
