eventually i'll wind up with a Big Sick Pedalboard and a safe 'n' sane Island Of Misfit Toys board. i really need to consolidate the fuzz section...six fuzzes and a boost is a bit much space-wise. and the option of going back to a simple three- or four-pedal setup for simplicity's sake is appealing. i thought about effects way less and played more when all i had was the D+ and Fender amp reverb/tremolo.

I'm going best-of-both-worlds.. I've got the nano board that goes to/from work with me and then the big bad board at home with all the toys on it..

likewise...i spent hours last night/this morning rearranging my board to accommodate the new Operator, and to leave space for the happy fun boxes i'm planning to add once i have some funds. as part of this i made the difficult decision to take the Distortion+ and the Phantom Ring off the main board, which would make the basis of a small board . or i can always run the PR on the floor off to the side of the board. anyway, with the setup i have now i can patch a particular box/boxes into the feedback loop, or to run the entire chain through the loop and see what happens BWAA HAA HAAAAAAA. i desperately want to see what happens when you run a ring modulator into the loop, but for now the delay and modulation array should supply hours of fun.

I lost track of that too.

I thought I said "seems silly to me." Meant to make it clear it was my opinion, but totally failed at doing so.

I look at "rights" as a theoretical concept based on a long history of abstract thought. Therefore, imo they cannot be justified with pictures of animals in small cages.

all i know is bunnies are kinda hawt and if there was an anthropomorphic version of them that could converse at even a junior high level i would have so many bunny tuft callouses on my junk.

It's like running or being a vegan. It serves no legitimate purpose, but just makes people feel superior to others.

What if you're running from something that is trying to kill you?
What if you're not OK with animals suffering for your enjoyment?

Both of those seem like fairly legitimate purposes.

Running for exercise was implied (although not well).
Not all animal by-products are attained through suffering.
