I HATE GROUND LOOPS
So I finally have the stereo setup I've wanted for so long and of course I've got nasty ground loop hum. OK, fine, I'll get one of those Ebtech Hum X things. That should solve the problem, right? wrong. I got one, and while it eliminates the hum from whichever amp I plug into it (and quite well I might add), the other one still hums! What am I doing wrong? I don't have to buy another one of these things do I? I mean, they're only like $60-70 but still...I wasn't expecting to drop that $$$ so I can have silence when I want it...

I dunno if your using singles coils or hums but if your using single coils, shielding your guitar can solve hum no end, my Strat is dead silent even through the nosiest of rigs, although admittedly, it probably wont get you all the way neccesarily.

I use a pedal power to power my pedals...no daisy chaining anywhere. I do use single coil guitars but they're properly shielded.
I don't get this hum when using a single amp anyway so I can't imagine shielding or daisy chaining has anything to do with the problem
