OH GOD, THIS IS SO FUCKING BEAUTIFUL.

ryan summit has essentially the same guitar. It's cool... but it sucks... but the pickups are magical trash.

with the old teiscos, they put the pickups like a mile away from the strings for no reason. once you move them up close to the strings (and maybe wax them to take out the microphonics) they are some of the best pickups ever. they also didn't give a shit about intonation, so you usually have to unscrew the bridge and redrill holes for it.

totally unrelated - leo fender's rhodes is on craigslist

i put them in the neck pos. of my tr2
screwed them right to the body
they are so freakin close
that when i play high on the neck
the strings touch when you strum or pick
on top of them
and it cuts out
i use them for noisiness
so its an added bonus
like a dynamic killswitch

It's right before the green changed into the black. I'm pretty sure they sound like bubble fonts instead of black russians!

Haz bubble font... um... no... I remember them being really harsh sounding... at the time I didn't like them... now I wish I had bought one when they were cheap... actually I wish I had with all the sovteks... :picard:

THAT LOOKS LIKE MY BUBBLE FONT (except I don't have the batter door - big surprise). It is a bit harsher and more abrasive than the tall font, hence the reason I am in love.
