Beat CoD Black Ops 2 on veteran the other day. Campaign-wise it was easily the worst Call of Duty game I have ever played. Online is still pretty fun when I need a break from FIFA though. Now I'm trying to beat Darksiders II on Apocalyptic difficulty and just fill time until Dead Space 3 and Infinite

Saw that my friend was playing Gmod so I decided to try it out again. So different!
Deathrun is an awesome game mode, actually a lot of them are pretty interesting. Lots of unhinged super-nerds freaking out over voice chat too.
SO EASY to piss them off, especially in this one mode where one or two players are "traitors" and have to kill the "innocent" players without being discovered and killed themselves. Casting suspicion on other players is pretty fun.

You guys still playing Far Cry 3? I've been playing it for a week and a half and it's pretty fun. A lot of the extra shit you can do with your character and different weapons isn't explained very well... Like I didn't knwo you could update your gun with all sorts of neat shit like scopes and silencers and stuff. The tatau system is pretty neat... you just have to balance your skills the right way, and take full advantage of all the little herbal remedies you can use like "Enhanced Perception" and stuff. Really fun to explore though. I'm still not a fan of the aiming... you get in a fight with a tiger and you're fucked... but it's still fun. I think the point is to stay stealth for everything you do... not a lot of charging in on shit to help you out.

I'm a sucker for sidequests, so I haven't done too much of the main story. I have to remember to go back to that often to advance the skillz that Jason has.

Also playing SR3...despite being a blatant GTA ripoff act, I love how they sorta took the GTA satire and went completely over the top with it.
Who hasn't wanted to beat the crap out of someone with a giant dildo.

Oh and screw you to whoever brought up star wars battlefront...such a great game. /sadpanda
Battlefront2 came out when online console gaming was still in it's infancy...woulda done gangbusters if they went through with the 3rd.

Both Lucas and Free Radical had shit going on at the time that really doomed the game...hopefully they'll bring it back some day.

Faster than Light is great! I always fucking die to the boss though, even on easy. Got it down to 2HP and I blew up last time.
For a while I was getting upgrades left and right, but for the past 5 or 6 plays all the stores have had nothing but crap and I never find anything
If you still have level 1 weapons or don't have fully-upgraded shields/a teleporter by the time you get to the final zone, you've lost.

FTL is absolutely brutal, but real fun! Haven't beaten it yet on easy, even after 15+ hours.

Still playing FC3. I think it's the first time I play a game I've worked on. I usually hate most games.

For anyone interested, I destroyed Chaos last night. I saved it on a different file so I can go back and complete the Soul of Chaos mini-games.

I've also started FFII. I team up with Firion, Mary, and Guy to hunt for Leon!
