well, the Build Your Own solderless kits suck monkey dickhole. fucking HATE THEM. i was talking about getting 20 feet of Mogami wire, a bag or right angle heads, and solder your own. shits is pure WIN baybay.

Yeah. I missed that one. I'll see what's up. There's one dude on TGP selling some selfmade Evidence Audio for pretty cheaps. They got a good rating on Bongo's thing. I trust Bongo's reviews. He's pretty scientific like that. And unlike most southern gents, I like science. It's what's up.

Yeah....lead guitar player in LR had a cheap Line 6 POD and a Spider amp and the sounds he got from that were ungodly amazing. I'm jealous of those people that can sit there with those cheap things and get those super amazing sounds out of them. That escapes me. The sounds must be easily attainable for me. I solute those peoples.

You know what else makes me cry? I just started season four of Dexter (totally not proud of this, but I made the mistake of borrowing the first season and now I'm in MUST FINISH mode), and I just got hit with some disrobed John Lithgow.

That was not all right.

No. That's nothing to be ashamed off. Probably the most addicting show. My wife and I prefer to let a season finish and watch the 12 episodes in a weekend.

Well my board reconstruction will be complete with the addition of a few cables......just debating......see.....I have some high end shit. Status bass, Glock amp, fEARful cabs....instrument cables made by Glock......just seems like getting some cheapo patch cables would kinda....I dunno cheapin' the whole thing. Though, I'm not exactly in the "we have to buy EXPENSIVE cables" crowd......well.....most of my pedals will go into a parallel looper. So I figure the only time my sound will be going through them is when the signal is affected....so that doesn't matter. Cheapos for that. But for the pedals that AREN'T in the looper.....almost seems like I need to go high end.

But man. That's like.....five cables....do I really want to spend $50+ on patch cables?

I quit on the patch cable thing and just went with the pancake ones made by Hosa. I needed the room and they work perfect. I've bought a few Planet Waves solderless kits but haven't been very impressed. If I didn't suck so bad with a soldering iron I'd go that route though.
