Anyone familiar with the Fender Echo Chamber?
Just bought a Vintage Fender Echo Chamber! There is no Tape...Kinda curious how to insert tape and how it works, or even what it sounds like. Anyone with pics or manual information would be a big help...Thanks!

You can order the Manual and Schematics here.
http://www.fender.com/support/manuals/manuals.php
They have TONS of them.
Someone on ILF should buy the Sunn amps ones and make some clones...

Once you get it up and running, Youtube clip or some mp3s? I've never even heard of it until now!
Do you like listening to homemade music? Me too. Why don't you try one of mine?

It’s been years since I’ve seen one, but if I remember correctly the Fender echo chamber used a drum in oil system so there is no tape.
Plug it in, turn it on and you should be able to tell.

do a google search for tel-ray adneko (sp?), there is a site that explains the whole deal.
basically these things got killed by the analog delay, maybe for the better but they are still pretty neat.
