I've got the Earthquaker Disaster Transport at the end of the chain for my "main" delay. I'm calling picking this thing up as a bonus, so I don't mind giving it somewhat limited use as a feedback machine.

Seems to be doing that well at the setting I mentioned above, but I'll tweak it to see if I can improve upon it. :idk:

I guess 1,2,3 and Hotel influenced my new band :wow what a fantastic idea you have there:

I ended up setting it on short delay with the every other knob dimed.

My new band is pretty damn new, so I can say that this thread actually did something to change our sound. Thanks ILF!

If you want you can check out my myspace to hear a live recording of what the DD3 sounds like doing the "Feedback" sound we were discussing:

-- it is in the little "solo" of the first song that plays, "single girl."

(that's Karaoke party in the chorus, BTW).

Thanks -- it sounds a little like chewbacca, but I guess that's not a bad thing.

:wow what a fantastic idea you have there: HEY! That's a great name for it. The" chewbacca delay" sounds a lot better than "the DD3 feedback technique"

I want a dd-3 just for those type of tonez. If you like that type of thing check out "Tera Melos", their guitarist does it in like every song.

DD3 is a fun little pedal, though I  my Superdelay. Maybe it'll pair well with a DMM...
Do you like listening to homemade music? Me too. Why don't you try one of mine?
