So I was just jammin' out in my basement...god that gets old. Anyway I was fucking around with all my effects pedals and realized I'm just so damn bored with them all. I just got a bunch of new, fun stuff to play with and I literally do not care. Hah.

I think I'm coming to the realization that effects for me personally have not improved my playing ability. In fact I think they have slowed me down. That's me personally.

Now where do I go. I could do with a fuzz and an OD and that's it. I...I'm thinking about flipping everything again. I mean the whole thing.

It's been entropy here for the last few months, everyone keeps deciding to flip all their pedals.

i'm kinda the opposite. i've realized how much i hate playing with NO pedals to draw on. i've been trying to do Actual Studying Practice Time, it's sloooooow going, but i get so bored of having the same sound all the time.

i look at the time spent to learn how to use pedals in an effective way as at least as valuable as learning how to play scales quicker for what i like doing.

Maybe the problem isn't the effects, it's the jammin' out alone. That can get boring for anyone real quick! Are there people around that you could play with?

Failing that... send me your pedals for safekeeping until the urge to flip passes. I promise to keep them safe and well fed!

I'll hang on to the Okko for you. It's too red anyway, looks terrible. All shitty n stuff
