It's kinda funny.....I wish I would have had everything together to take a pic of my monumental board before I started selling the pedals off to buy the Audio Interface/Midi controller and laptop......but....as much as I think I'll be able to do 100Xs as much with that setup than all the pedals (and same with the VB-99 and Deltz's old pedals).....it just won't look impressive at all in a pic.
The sad part.

Trying out a new guitarist for my covers band tonight. Fucking stoked. I've seen him play before, that kid can fucking rip.

^awesome!
love that feeling!
Also, I'm having a dilemma about basses. I'm playing a Sterling 4, but I'm thinking of switching to a Stingray 4, but I've also kinda fallen for the beauty of the (teal, black pickguard and knobs) Stingray 5.
The only problem is the string spacing on the 5er, I've got long fingers and I love to dig in hard, so that's kinda fucked x)
Mehmehmeh, I can't wait to try the ray4 so I can decide if I like it more than my sterling.
Also, does a ray have more low end then a sterling? (that really low low end, I require it for the music I'm playing now. sterling lacks teh subs a bit)

Cheap ass tuner
Swell B-Peg
Iron Ether Polytope
Badger Schism
Foxrox Octron
FC Unpleasant Surprise
Mountainking Megalith
ss/bs/dfas Uber Modded Year 4545
Strymon timeline w/ Midi Controller
Dr Scientist Tremolessence
Infanem Faye's Her (preordered - money down so it counts....still for sale, btw
)Expressionator
Moog EP-2
Add to that the Voodoo Labs ISO-5 and huge ass DIY pedal board w/ ATA Flight Case....if that laptop and audi interface/midi controller set up replaced everything but the dirt, I could be saving over $1200 making this switch. Very nice. But the most important thing is saving the space. That rig was off the chain with two 15/6s and that Mesa 400+....but way too big for quintuplets. I sold one 15/6, moved the Mesa for a Class D Glock amp, and now this rig change......I'll have cut my rig down 2/3s without (hopefully) sacrificing any sounds, AND saving some money.

there are some things i'd really like to play with in the soft-synth realm on bass, but i've always been afraid to because i already have a big ass pedalboard to lug around. my amp's pretty tiny if there's any FOH support, but i know me. i'd get into it too much and end up with a laptop, a cool controller like the Guitar Rig thinger from NA, a patch bay system to route through the pedalboard.... just too much stuff to keep track of live. seems like either going the way Sousie's going, where it's pretty much ALL laptop with a dirt or two would be awesome, or trying to meld the two (without having good ass techs on hand) would be a nightmare.
i.... am....... INTERESTED in how this turns out.

also, Sylney knows, the Street Sweeper's got some stuff in thar. pretty neat. the Faye Sing probably fits how i use phasers a little better, but this is a good sounding box.
