And I think the CV teles all have routes for humbuckers in the neck, so with a new pickguard you might be in business.

The Deluxe was that way in the 70s, so that's why. The Custom with the Tele bridge pickup has the conventional Tele headstock.
Woah woah woah, I did not say that man. Don't quote me on that shit. I love me some huge headstocks.

Whoops. Fixed it. Sorry, total edit goof. My bad.

I hope they are cheap in Europe as well. I think i'm gonna buy one and flip the strings, so I can play it left handed. Fuck, I hate being left handed.

Looks really nice, wished they also did the headstock in the same color. But for the price

Re: New Squire Line? (Offset Content) UPDATE 4/19
I had the J Mascis Squier Jazzmaster and it was surprisingly decent quality for the price. I'm hoping this is of the same quality. I will note that the J Mascis could have used a fret dressing, but other than that I was really surprised at how awesome it was

See the thread with my review on the VM Jag. There's nothing to be afraid of on these. Even now, post "honeymoon period", I can safely say that I'd take the VM Jag over a Classic Player or CIJ Jag in a heartbeat. I sold my CP Jag, and my CIJ has gone untouched since I got the VM.

I've got a CAR VM Jag and a Sonic Blue VM Jazzmaster on the way, so similar reviews will follow for both.

My roomie just went and bought the JMJM saying he preferred it over the AVRIJM he has, and wouldn't worry about it taking a beating or anything...then we got home and he's unsure.

I just ordered one from Sweetwater. They said the guitar will ship out on July 23rd.
