I'm not a fan of EHX at all... and this demo is cool, but not for me.
All I want is a full analog delay with an LFO that has different wave shape, an fx loop for the repete and exp pedal control.
I wish SubDecay create one of those. Someone should create some competition to Moog (at half the price maybe).

Have you owned or tried the DMB Lunar? I think you have, I probably forgot.

Except for the LFO, it has an FX loop and exp pedal control PLUS modulation and the take off switch. TASSTTYYY.

and 100% analog.

No foot switch for oscillation mode... but you can plug an exp pedal to control the fback knob.
The Empress is awesome... But I wish the tape mode would be better.
In the digital world, it's my favorite. But I never tried Strymon.

Superdelay look easyer to use to me... just turn some knobs and flip some switch and you have the sound you're looking for.

Actually, I do have one major complaint about the Timeline.... I absolutely HATE having to hit 2 footsies to bank up and down. SO retarded.

I know I could get the DMC or similar, but I don't feel like paying another $100+ on an already pretty fucking expensive deeeeelay.

For live use (and pretty much what I'd use delay for) the Eventide is pretty awesome.

I didn't care for the dual footswitch for change thing either. And I found myself REALLY only using one set of presets and A/B'ing back and forth between the two. Looks like the Eventide would have been more up my alley.

THE TIMELINES LOOPER SUCKS. Like the quailty is horrible. It gets really muddy and starts crumbling and cracking and static pops up and its nasty with a hot signal

Yeah, the idea of a digital screen and the whole switching setup on the Timeline really turns me off.

The El Cap is pretty awesome for live usage though!
