I will..... Buy a Dunwich, more for the money and completely made custom to your specs. Matamp's are overpriced and often hard to work on / repair much like old Oranges. Nick can build you better for less. He's just finishing up my build which is a single clean channel NMV preamp w/ FAC (like depth on a matamp or electric) into a controllable phase inverter into a super clean output 200watt SVT style power amp. If you want it to look like a matamp, he can do it, he built a Matamp reverb unit for someone on another foruma nd it looked spot on and sounds amazing.

sometimes I am. I think the idea of the GT1 is cool. they essentially swap in a gain stage or so (atleast from what I can gleem from guts) when you turn on the Master Volume and put it out of the circuit when you turn off the master but I feel theres a better way to get both modern and vintage Or/Mat sounds in an amp. You should go all out and make dedicated channels tuned to different sounds and make it footswitchable so its more useful for playing.
my ideas want me to buy 1 of my amps 2 so I feel your pain. Im trying to get Fog Machine going but damn bills suck. I need this 4 KT88 monster in my life.
I should probably have the amp looked over too while I'm at it. It arrived safely about a week or two ago, but a 12au7 went microphonic almost as soon as I turned it on. Swapped it for an older NOS tube I had laying around, but I still think a one over would do it some good
