So I sold my GK head on TB recently and now UPS doesn't know where it is. Good God. I should have never used UPS. I shipped it Monday but the buyer is already demanding a refund. Sigh. I'm not sure what to do. I've never had this happen before. Sucks so bad. Thank God I got insurance on it. I fucking hate UPS at this point.

I would totally wait a few days before any refunds, though. If you issue it and then the amp pops up at their address, they can fuck you so hard and not even have to stay and cuddle, afterwards.

I am having an issue with an Ebay sale I did. I sold a Laser Transit. Shipped UPD, it doesn't work know (supposedly). So I am going to have to go through some drama. Dude was originally wanting animmediate refund. I spoke to him and now he seems willing to try and get it fixed under the UPS insurance. It is crazy how fucked a seller is on Ebay. A buyer runs shit over there.

Can he force me to do a refund? I mean I honestly do not know what to do at this point. The guy is a 58 year old dude, you would think he'd have a more sense, but apparently not. It's obvious I'm not trying to fuck him out of his money or something here, but he is being very demanding in wanting a refund. How can I give him a fucking refund when I don't know if the head will arrive at his house? I'm just supposed to trust that he'll transfer it back to me, which is what he said he'd do. If that is the case, why can't he just wait? I don't understand. I can't find any of the fucking rule on TB to be helpful for this and Paypal's rules are very sketchy too.
