Yesssssssssss. 100% my favourite games ever, I've probably completed BGII something like 10 times, if you want a challenge do it solo on the hardest difficulty. That's pretty fun.
except i like the character interaction so... not much fun for me
for the record: i meant the fourth time with datadisc
ME3 Shipped. Hopefully it's more like ME1 only good part of the sequel was the combat.
can't wait for tomorrow. did you play the demo? the multiplayer is surprisingly fantastic. there's less permanent characters which is supposed to be like 1, and Ashley is back

multiplayer is awesome. picking mine up today. apparently gamestop was closed at 3am last night. HOW DARE THEY.
EDIT: got the asari vanguard for my first pack, which is pretty much one of the best classes. but then i played against reaper multiplayer enemies. I FUCKING HATE BANSHEES. FUCKING HATE THEM. WORST THINGS EVER INVENTED. ASARI'S WERE NOT SUPPOSED TO BECOME HUSKS. NOT NOW, NOT EVER.

it's weird. i liked the first two a lot, haven't really been that excited about the third. part of it is the online part influencing the single player. i like the two to be very distinct. 'cause i don't really game online that much. but i'm sure i'll pick it up in a bit. i'm just in a "shallow toe-dipping" gaming phase right now.
i've really been enjoying the Xbox Live game Outland. super pretty, fun platforming that gets a bit hard and the controls are so damn responsive. fun!

From what I have found on the subject, it seems you can beat the game in 15+ hours if you don't do any side stuff. If you do all the side stuff its 30+ hours (not counting any DLC). So fairly close to ME2, but I think there will probably be a fair amount of DLC released, so I expect the full game to be 40+ hours, maybe 50+. (All these numbers are based on averages at normal difficulty)

just read the metacritic reviews...... the only thing that seems like a viable gripe is people saying it was designed for DLC or it's a shell of it's self. anybody finding that to be true? that's been a constant fear i've had...... is that they'll bypass raising prices on already overpriced games ($65 is a LOT of coin for something that might have limited replay after you beat it once) by hollowing out the game and expecting you to buy 2 or 3 $10 DLC packs to get what you used to expect at the full price. instead of giving you extra AFTER you played through everything that should come on a game disc.
murrrrrrr?
