The last hip-hop beat I wrote. I should get back into it, it's a lot of fun.

Thanks. I had fun with it. Modest Mouse isn't a group I've really heard before in samples, and I wanted to give it a shot.

but this riff is just so perfect. simultaneously agonizing and determined. it should be noted that this was one of the last pieces in this oppressively heavy style they ever did. the sound of a junkie kicking his addiction.
