HoofReaper is really awesome and can definitely do doomier stuff, but I think it really excels at high gain sizzling splattery sounds (with the octave engaged and the Reaper cranked and blasting the Hoof.)

Meathead Deluxe is pretty doomy too I'd say.

Hey thanks! I appreciate it. Trying to do some weird off-sounding Godfleshish/hip hop/witch house joke thing. But then I actually started to like recording it haha

Oh yes! My train of thought: "let me take everything I absolutely hate in music and guitar effects and start a project". A great learning experience, and it actually led me to actually not mind flange that much :erm:

I love a good slow dirty flange, that dark metallic shit with the LFO mixed almost all the way out.

And oh yeah - I gotta second the TAFM for the HEAVIES. Great stuff there. Especially because with the clean blend you can run a super nasty trebly octave fuzz into it and blend it into the warm and wooly which the TAFM brings on its own.

Devi Silver Rose for that matter too...

That's a combination I haven't done in a while, Tone Machine into my muff variant. Must sort that out.

Verellen Big Spider into Team Awesome. You could do with either alone, no problem. But combined it's unstoppable like Voltron or somethin'.
If Voltron only had two parts.

Dwarfcraft Eau Claire Thunder all the way! I've been through my fair share of doomy fuzzes and the Thunder just edged out the TAFM. The built in feedback loop is an added bonus.

I'll be moving back into my apartment/school on Saturday and can do an ECT doom demo for you then, I did use it in combination with a Year4545 in this clip:

boosting a pharaoh is great, even with another pharaoh

examples (okay a lil spamming but u get the idea, any FF into the pharaoh would also work)
