Basically distance is balls inside the EU. Shipping stuff to the UK might be a tiny bit more expensive because vampires can't cross water, otherwise we could pretty much zig zag that stuff all over the place. So let's do this:

me first (cause I already got some of the stuff)
then either Schlatte or Haki then the other one (continental EU, both crossing borders so same price)
Doom (Eire might be better after UK or not, dunno; maybe it's all the same)
Monkey and Gozu in any order (both Albion)
Tuffers (Just so that the pedals travel all around the world. Maybe there is a special commonwealth price?)
