will someone rehouse my pedals for me?

Post by doomfuzz »

I have a shitty dano trem and a a shitty arion trem that i want to turn into a twosome type of shiity trem. I might call it the #2 or something stupid like that. I'm looking for someone to rehouse them into a twosome like case. I will send the pedals and cash. You buy the enclosure and rehouse them. I would like to paint the thing myself, so the pedal should come back as just a silver box. Let me know if you are interested. Thanks.

If you want them true bypassed and all that as well as rehouse, it might not really be worth it. I had the same thing done to a dano tuna melt. A lot of work/cost which kind of voids the allure of those cheaper pedals. I'd keep them as is, or just get a nicer trem, now that I've been there.

thats true. I dont mind the sounds of the pedals, but they are painted/knobs ripped off etc and look like shit on my board.

I personally would be very interested in a dual trem as well. If you go this route, be sure to let the rest of the board know as well...

The Dano pedals, the ones that are not part of the Cool Cat true bypass series, are a bit of a PITA to rehouse. I don't know if what you have fits that description or not. For the same money, you could sell those for whatever you'll get and get the Josh Smith Dual Trem from Rockett pedals or something. Looks like a cool simple design.

I decided on a twosome flange/delay with these 2 pedals. Now do you see why I want them rehoused.

No, cause I assume you're the reason they look that way

That doomfuzz eats poop and I'll stab anybody who tells me not to assume things? I think I've heard that expression before.
