We didn't. Ah well.
I may or may not fail a couple of classes depending on the finals. I'm just gonna try to get a full-time job instead of going next semester. Or maybe night classes I guess.
Got 24 bucks left.

yeah dude. finals stand for 'fuck i never actually learned (this) shit.'

i'm probably going to fail one of my classes but i definitely shouldn't've taken it. sux because i learned a lot and got a lot out of the class. at least i won't lose my scholarship because of it.

also grits and oatmeal are totally different beasts. oatmeal is more suited for sweet shit while grits beg for salt and pepper and cheese. actually wait, grits are fucking good with sweet shit too. i guess this means grits win.

How do you cook your grits? Do you like them regular, creamy, or al dente?

Tell you what, you keep your sandpaper water with all sorts of things to mask the awfulness, and I will enjoy my hearty breakfast with brown sugar a bit of butter.

 I wish I could learn the ability to spell things wrong in speech, just to annoy people.

Me: "How?"
Friend: "Lots of people say it like that."
Me: "How does that make it correct?"
Friend: "Because it's just a convention."
Me: "Ok, so how does it being a convention make it correct?"
Friend: "Because if enough people say it like that, then it's correct."
Me: "... I really don't see how a number of people saying something makes it correct. That just means that more people are wrong."
Friend: "Your crazy. Ask anyone, if enough people say something then it's right."
Me: "No, it's just accepted."
Friend: "Yeah."
Me: "... Yeah, what?"
Friend: "If it's accepted, then it's right."

It goes on for a while. I think I may have had three or four heart attacks.

Pssst. Yer friend is correct as it pertains to language. Language, pronunciation, grammar, and even meanings are based on popular convention.

No he isn't. If I got a million people saying that "tetrahedral" was pronounced "ajax" it still wouldn't be correct. The fact that it's popular doesn't make it right. Not at all. And, before you say that it isn't the same thing, it is. Just on a different scale. Letters are just "accepted" symbols that represent sounds.

What word were you talking about anyway?

Bleh, I've still got roughly 5 pages to write tonight. Then another 4 tomorrow, but then I'm practically done for the semester.
