Oreo's a funny word. Oreo. Ooooreooo. OREO.
"say Scuba Brock."
Man I immediately noticed something was off when I bit into the cookie part for the first time. That part didn't need changing... Eating the peanut butter first is what you're supposed to do, but then you have to deal with the stupid chocolate thing.
Well, I mean it's still good and everything, but...

sooooo.... who all takes 2 basses to shows? i did for awhile, when i got my Dinger i lost interest in my other 6's. i'm debating whether to order a second one or get a new tv and some other Around The House Non Music Shits. if i DO order a second one, it's probably gonna be almost the same model as what i have now. i don't really like active, so there's no reason to jump up to the next level except for the more esthetic options.
murrrrrr?

gah. no no no no no. i am VERY happy with my Rusty Box/Power Amp setul. toobs scare me.
scare me hard. Murder Hard even.
i'd play it, but.... yeah. i'd just be buying it to backup the one i lurv. i guess it makes more sense to just bring one of the so so 6'ers and not buy a delicious second Dinger. damnit.

If you ever find yourself with money you don't know what to do with, buy the second Dinger. Or buy it now and include it on your International Tourbox.
If you consider buying a backup bass... you should also buy a backup amp, all backup pedals, a backup cab,... shit- maybe even a backup car and a backup house...
backup pedz/amp/cab/drummer's left leg - i guess the bass is the only thing i'd be worried about a string busting and not being able to get ready to go in time. if a pedal went out i could quickly change the signal path fom Evarrrrtyang to a fuzz, filter and preamp and make it through most songs?
i've never (knock on erection) broke a string live or had a bass crap out on me, i've just always been told you HAVE to bring a backup. i guess i feel safer if i do, but i'd rather not deal with that. or buy another expensive ass bass just to have two. but i do play 6's, which aren't super common in the scene out here, so if it somethig weird DID happen i couldn't just ask another band to borrow their bass for the night usually.
heh. if Jean's 24 stringer goes down i'm sure he could do the same shit on a beat up 4 string P bass.
