Reverb Tank
I was wondering, has anyone built their own reverb tank? I think this is something I want to try. Anyone got some schematics, or good sources for parts? Thoughts? Experiences?

Re: Reverb Tank
Not sure, but I think the input signal is simply amplified (386 chip for instance; think ruby/little smokey amp) and the output goes through the springs. I think.

Re: Reverb Tank
there are too many variables to get the result you want on a completely DIY reverb tank. it might work but your sound could be too dark or noisy or distorted or whatever. trial and error. spend the $60 and get a tank. check the codes for tanks that say what mounting position it is made for. if you mount it on its side but its designed to be upside down, it may not function as the manufacturer intended.
