Neither was I. I was just saying I think it's an inevitability. It's certainly been the trend since more governments became democratized.

I dunno, since WWII stuff got diversified instead of centralized (see Balkan and Russia) and the current trouble the EU is in shows that soft centralization does not seem to work. So, I do agree that there is a longing for centralization (1 state = no wars, one should think) but on the other hand I don't see it happening without some major shit (probably another WW) to go through. And I don't see that happening nor do I wish for it to happen. So I think that centralizing governments won't happen.

I just love how arguments about what is natural (prominent example: homosexuality) always assume some asinine definition of nature. Homosexuality is naturally occuring. Is there anything that's not? Humans are naturally occuring and modern society is naturally occuring. Nature isn't just "forests and animals and stuff" and is not the opposite of civilization.

Although I love all of the local bands that I play shows with, it's a bit strange when I say "I need my gear I have to go" and they say, "but we need it." Do they not understand that I am going and I need my gear? Also come prepared, bring your own stuff, wtf. I am your friend not your rody. Also when asked if they could borrow it and return it later, no, I know you guys you'll either keep it or forget it, so no, just no.

Do it, I've bought a bunch of stuff from a local pawn shop it's awesome, $120 mic for $35, works fine, $100 mic for $45, works fine, almost mint too, $225 cymbal for $72, sounds amazing, but a bit dirty (but I have cymbal cleaner). Hopefully my next purchase from there will be a $400 mic. for $130. Pawnshops are where it's at.

ah, yes, libertarians, or as i like to call them, "anarchists with real estate." and that's not a compliment. i have little patience with anarchists or libertarians, or for that matter with any variety of idealism that doesn't recognize at its core the animal, corrupt, and imperfectable nature of human beings.

Yeah, that's how I feel about Capitalist and Capitalism.
The failure to realize neither will work because the animal is corrupt, greedy and self serving.

Whacked my shin on a trailer hitch hooked up to a freaking Subaru (90ish Legacy Wagon),

When are people gonna learn that Subarus weren't made for hauling trailers,...probably why this particular Subaru runs like shit.

Business is bad tonight, which means my shift may end at 12 instead of 1. Which is lame because I like money.

Fucking sniper program crapped out on me. Now someone bought an Acoustic G60 on the bay for damn 100€. I am aware that I would not have gotten it for the 150€ I was wanting to bid but at least I'd have driven the price up above my spending limit. FAWK!

Starting to jump ship on another music project that just can't get off the ground(i.e. can't get people who are free to practice at least once)

le sigh.
