Re: The spite, hate, rage, apathy and mild irritation thread
While walking from the train station to the music school to get my drum lessons I felt a very strange feeling today... I have never felt anything like it before. I felt lonely and "cold" - I wasn't cold but it felt like there was a cold little "core" under my chest....it seemed like something was wrong and it felt like I was about to cry and I suddenly felt exhausted.. So I called my best friend and my mom to ask if everything was ok and apparently everything was and is still fine..

I always thought that superheated water was extremely volatile, so I'm not sure why it didn't boil out when I pulled the cup out of the microwave. Maybe there was something in the coffee that was set to react with the water to mix it up better, but that has never happened to me before.
Yeah... never boil water in the microwave, man. Shit's dangerous. It goes from not boiling to violently boiling as soon as the cup moves enough.

Re: The spite, hate, rage, apathy and mild irritation thread
I just cried for 15 minutes. It was the first time I've cried for years now. The reason? Well... it's pretty silly, I think. I just found out that the drummer I appreciate the most, the one that inspired me and opened me for new styles.. He is the reason for me being at the point where I am today- he is one of the reason for me buying the drumset/snare/cymbals I have... He has pretty much "defined" how I look at drumming... The sticks he developed with Vater (Power 5B) are just perfect... I've been using them for years now.. Atom Willard. With AVA he pretty much helped me through sad times and made me happier when I was happy. I spent hours over hours sitting behind my drumset and just playing along... he played so powerful and unique... He left AVA. He left the band I've been appreciating him and seeing him as my idol in... He left the band that has helped me through so many parts of my life.... and I never got to see him live. I wanted to- last year in Cologne, Germany. As soon as I got the whole thing planned out and approved by my parents the tickets were sold out.... I'm sad.. I'm going to sleep now.

the weed i bought yesterday kind of sucks.
also i think my roommate is pissed at me re: shitty weed because she misinterpreted something i said. i asked her if she wanted to burn and made a joke about how i was rolling a spliff so she wouldn't get mad high off of this shitty weed and i think she took it offensively?

she wasn't even the hook up! and she doesn't have low tolerance at all for like anything, quite the contrary. seriously she's one of the few girls i've met who can drink like me.

I hate to say it, but I think the east coast has used up all it's storm sympathy cred. Now everybody's all, "
. And we get fucking blizzards all the fucking time, but you know what? we don't bitch about it.I don't want to sound like a cold insensitive bastard, but I am. I think someone should help these people, I just don't think this kind of shit is always newsworthy unless it's super local small town paper kind of stuff.
More importantly, I completely reorganized my pedalboard to the point where it's absolutely perfect and everything is completely symmetrical then my mom comes home right before I can crank up my ampz. Every. Single. Time.

Happens to me with my girlfriend all the time. And, it isn't just that she comes home, but she walks in and turns the tv on and puts it up loud all in like 2 seconds, and I'm just standing there like 'Can't you see I'm doing something?'

Haven't they figured out how to make things stronger yet?" I mean, in the midwest we've had like one bridge collapse and one town flood in the last ~20 years

Not sure I agree with you here. At least once a year, some town in the midwest gets leveled by a tornado, and it gets a lot of news play nationwide.

Is it just me or does anyone else get shocks whenever they put their hands under tap water?
