Level: full clockwise
Tone: bypassed
Volt: 9 o'clock
Gain: around 7-8 o'clock
Trim: full clockwise (no trim)

Yeah, that was a total :facepalm: ...I felt really badly, as we've had next to zero problems so far with pedals. I'm actually thinking it was the new type of wire I used.

Anyway, I'm reimbursing Cliff for the shipping and giving him 8% off his next order. In the rare events that someone does have a problem, I want to at least attempt to make them glad they had the problem. ;) haha.

Looking forward to the clip, Cliff!
