Let's see your GUITAR!

Yeah, it's a pre-WWII faux resonator that was my grandmother's. She was a bluegrass musician in the 20's and 30's. That's a picture of her below with a guitar (not the reso). Unfortunately, the guitar is pretty much unplayable. It had been sitting in a basement in Mississippi for 20+ years. Sometime this year I will have some repairs done, and I'll probably end up converting it to a slide guitar. Maybe add a pickup.

Wow that's beautiful! Id love to hear how that sounds, especially if you put a pickup in it and use it as a slide guitar.

just got this today, jay turser jt-55, SG style, surf green p90, got it cheap and plays soo nice, stock pick ups aren't as bad as i thought, but plan on putting some cream p90s in there, with a cream pick guard as well


schecter black hawk, got this guitar for my birthday when i was 11, nearly ten years ago. i lucked out and even though i only picked this guitar cause i thought it looked cool but it plays really smooth and get comments on how nice it is too play whenever someones tries it out. i will never let go of this guitar. its been my one and only guitar until the afternoon and has always been more then enough.

anyone who has played them knows how nice they are. his strats are pretty amazing. he has a special trem that looks like a fender trem but you can bend a minor third and not break a string. genius. one of his strats has a SC with a vintage output tap on a switch for less windings and lower output. again, genius.
