ok so I am really into getting early Muff's that weren't made by EHX just as much as I am into getting the OG's.
ones that I have yet to acquire but are my the list are the Rozz Dead Heat, Sekova Big Muff, Hohner Tri-Dirty Booster, Jen Jumbo Fuzz, & the Elk Gakki Big Muff.
(so if you guys ever come across these, let me know

)
Ok here is collection as of now///
All but 1 are Muff-esque but they all fit into it somehow.
Top Row: Jen Fuzz & Sustain (not a Muff, but it was always rumored to be one), Jordan Creator, NYC Reissue-Frantone, Tone Bypass/IC Muff, Maestro MFZ (IC based fuzz that is like low gain Muff), Colorsound Jumbo Tonebener.
Middle Row:Civil War Muff, Tall Font Sovtek, Black Transitional big box Sovtek, Black Sovtek, rare '72 PNP Triangle Muff
Bottom Row:80's Vestax Fuzz (Japanese 4 tranny fuzz. sounds like a Civil War with an upper octave), Maxon D&S OD801, Maxon D&S, Ibanez OD850, 1976 Forrest Cook Muff clone (possibly 1st "boutique" muff), VT Toad (not really a Muff but it sounds enough like one to include in the pic), Dyna Soar Fuzz, IC Muff Fuzz
here are some of the others that have gone on to new homes:
transitional green Civil War (best sounding Sovtek I ever had, shouldn't have gotten rid of it)

regular old Greenie Bubbly

my first Civil War Muff, it was really smooth on the leads and sounded huge

earliest V3 transitional Rams Head in NYC enclosure, sounded cool, but not heavy enough for me.

not pictured was another big box lack Sovtek, '74 Rams Head and another Green Bubble Font Sovtek.
