I just placed an order for a Freak Show fx HIRAY...

Impulse buy. It was pink and had a ray gun on it. HOW COULD I RESIST? I have no idea what it sounds like beyond the description nor had I heard of it before this morning... :!!!:

You know, those have honestly always intrigued me, but I always held off because I'd never heard any clips. Maybe someone who's getting one could, like, make a demo... :erm: :poke:

But seriously, pinkness, raygun-ness, fuzziness...sounds like a winning combination to me. :joy:

From reading the description, sounds like you oughta get yerself an expression pedal. Expression controlled through-zero-flange-esque bitcrush gated fuzz? HELL YEAH!

Just arrived today, I don't have my full set up at my house, but I plugged it into a Fender Frontman 15...

This thing fucking rocks. It's liek they took my old TheSyle Mind Eraser and made it ten times better. Get's a lot more woofy low end than the video implied. Just what I was looking for; thick, filtered, gated, abrasive fuzz. :omg:

Demo coming along with a few others after my two concerts tomorrow. :thumb:

Thanks for the love guys! The HiRay is a pretty wicked pedal as far as Fuzz's go, 8 bit to grand saturated tones. Let us know us know if you have any questions
