The context was some videos of an artist who was really out there. It was kinda hip hop mixed with abstract soundscapes. The videos were crazy and long. Anyone?
I just searched hip hop and it didn't come up...I feel like the artist was from either Baltimore or Michigan...but probably way off...if anyone has any idea or suggestions, fantastic!

Hmmmmm... could it have been Dalek? They're kind of hip-hop / shoegaze. Dunno if the vids are crazy & long, though...

More extensive searching and it is found
