TSP Bleak WaveShaper

Post by brochacho »

I got one of these today and I'm not really hearing any differences in my sound when its plugged in. Ive played a bass badder monkey, noise invaders, and 8 bit fuzz through it and still not a peep out of it. What are some good pedals to play through this bad boy? :?: WAT DO
Mah pedulz: Algal Bloom, Noise Invaders, CHK CHK BOOM, Digitech Bass Multi Chorus, Crybaby Bass Wah, The Squarewave Parade Bleak Waveshaper, and other shit I can't remember

I used to have one. The effect is a bit subtle unless you hit it pretty hard. Try boosting your volume and see if that helps. Also try line level equipment through it like a drum machine or synth.

This is excellent advice as this has been my experience with it as well. Being a passive design you really have to boost your signal going into it. Never really did care for it much with guitar, love it on a drum machine though before or after a distortion pedal.
