I am going to have to get a new amp eventually so its definitely on the list of things I am interested in looking at.

nope, in europe the prices are quite high for US-stuff. And since ebay started the prices are even higher... fuck that... Should have bought in the 90ies a lot of old stuff.
But you could always get other things cheap (London City for example).

yeah but the bassman is still pretty good value compared to some other amps, even in europe.. Might get one if I get tired of my guitar amp, so I can also use it on bass, which is my main instrument.. Those old cabs also sound pretty good imo :cool:
