i am a machinist for accellent inc. we make components for surgial tools. we deal in metals for the most part but we do some plastics too. i do lots of things there that involves machinery that can kill you faster than you can blink if you are a dumbass. :erm: its all very very safe if you know what you are doing and pay attention but they insist on bringing the the cheapest temps they can find and then wonder why the scrap rates keep going through the roof and machines keep getting crashed!

I am a wood worker. I work for a company that is owned by a big siding company that works for HR Horton, Quadrant and a bunch of other new home builders and I make what are called custom wood siding accessories: Vents [all types of sizes and shapes] Shutters, knee braces, corbels, planter boxes ect. We also make columns but I don't have anything to do with that. It is boring, mind numbing work really... but it pays for gear :idk:

i hate it when people take the garbage out then don't put a new bag in it. i fucking tossed some coffee grounds in there and didn't notice.

now i had to clean the garbage can out because someone was too lazy to put a new bag in it when the bags are in the drawer right next to the can!!!

It annoy's me to an extent that is still within the realm of language to express, only barely within though, when people buy a mixed bag of candy/nuts/neopolitan ice cream and only eat one of the things. Typically they eat the best thing and leave the rest.

Buy a bag of multi flavored tootsie rolls, leave only the lemon and lime flavored ones

Buy neopolitan, eat only the strawberry

Buy two packs of zingers, vanilla and coconut, because everybody hates the ones with coconut on them, eat all the vanilla ones :oldrant:

Really? While it is less favorable than vanilla ice-cream I wouldn't say it's the worst of a chocolate/vanilla/strawberry combo. Chocolate ice cream is always my least favorite. It never tastes quite right to me, and I love all things chocolate :idk:

i love the chocolate, especially in combination with vanilla. but i do agree that sometimes chocolate icecreams tastes a little weird.

it's impossible to mess up vanilla though.
